PACKAGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions very carefully to enjoy our special packages that we organized for your vacations and business travel.
Validity - price guarantee: Our packages' prices are guaranteed upon receipt of full payment in our office.
Pricing: Prices published in this site are in U.S. dollars. Prices are contracted in advance and are subject to currency fluctuations, changes in local taxes both here and in the overseas contries you are visiting and price increases by suppliers.
Method of payment: We accepts the following forms of payment: cash, money order and all majors creditcards.
Amendments: After confirmation has been received there is a US$ 25 amendment fee each time an itinerary is revised. No amendments will be made until a deposit is received. Amendments made after documents have been inssued will incur a $ 100 fee to cover courier costs, communications costs and additional time to co-ordinate the changes.
Late booking fee: A US$ 50 fee may be levied on bookings requested within 14 days prior to departure to cover communication costs and overnight document delivery fees with full payment required on confirmation.
Deposit: A minimum non-refundable deposit of US$ 150 per person is due and payable when reservations are requested. Additional deposits may be due and payable for specific arrangements but this will be advised to you at the time of making your reservation. All deposits paid will be deducted from the final balance. The final balance is due no later than 45 days of departure from the U.S., full payment is required on confirmation. Payment of any money constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as described here in by the purchaser and/or passenger.
Cancellation: A mandatory charge of US$ 150 per person will be payable after booking is confirmed and a deposit has been paid. Additional charges may be imposed depending on lateness of cancellation, communication charges incurred, and other factors determined by the land operator concerned. Land operator reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event a trip is cancelled, the cost of the cancelled component (s) only will be refunded. Cancellation refunds are limited to the cost of the cancelled component and will not be extended to cover any additional costs, travel or accommodation expenses that may be incurred. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Refund policy: Travel arrangements cancelled, amended or altered within 48 hours of your departure do not qualify for any refund whatsoever whether part of a package tour or individual components, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. Please inquire about our travel insurance as cover now includes some pre-existing medical conditions.
